Successful candidates must be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and possess strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and confections to luxury hotel standards
Execute recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
Contribute to seasonal menu development and new dessert concepts
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and organization
Support junior team members and foster a positive kitchen culture
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
Assist with inventory management and product rotation

Qualifications:
Culinary or Pastry Arts diploma preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of pastry experience in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, plated desserts, doughs, and chocolate work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong English communication skills required
French language skills are considered an asset
