The sun in New Zealand and Australia: How to protect yourself from it?
Heading to New Zealand or Australia? Don't let the sun catch you off guard! Here's how to enjoy these beautiful countries safely: - Sun Intensity: Despite mild air temperatures, the sun in New Zealand can feel intensely hot directly on your skin, with rapid changes as clouds pass. Australia's sun is even harsher, with high risks of sunburn if unprotected. - UV Risks: Both countries experience some of the world's strongest UV radiation due to a thinner ozone layer and less atmospheric pollution. This increases risks of skin damage and cancer. - Protection Tips: Always use sunscreen with at least SPF 30, reapplying every two hours during outdoor activities. Wear protective clothing and sunglasses, and try to stay in the shade during peak sun hours (10 am to 2 pm). - Location and Timing: Consider spending summers in cooler regions like New Zealand's South Island and winters in the warmer North Island. Opt for indoor or shaded jobs if you're particularly sensitive to sun exposure. Stay sun-safe and make the most of your adventure in these stunning destinations!

3 years of Working Holiday Visa in New Zealand: it’s life changing!
In this heartfelt testimonial, a Belgian Pvtiste shares her transformative journey on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) in New Zealand, a trip that extended to three years due to the pandemic.
